Kansas City Royals infielder Hunter Dozier is not in the lineup on Tuesday.
Dozier appears to be getting a routine day off on Tuesday with Whitt Merrifield taking over first base duties and Ryan Goins starting at second versus the St. Louis Cardinals.
Dozier has hit .217 with 3 runs scored in 25 plate appearances this season.
