St. Louis Cardinals outfielder Dexter Fowler is starting against the Kansas City Royals on Tuesday.
Fowler will man right field and lead off the Cardinals' order versus Royals right-hander Jason Hammel while Tyler O'Neil moves to center and Tommy Pham takes a breather.
