Austin Meadows hits first major league home run Sunday in Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh Pirates outfielder Austin Meadows hit his first big league home run on Sunday, going 3-for-4 with 2 RBI and a run scored in an 8-5 loss to the San Diego Padres.

What It Means:

Meadows' 28.2 FanDuel points were also enough for the young prospect to make his first Perfect FanDuel lineup. Meadows was called up when Starling Marte got hurt, but even when Marte comes back, it will be very hard to send Meadows back to Triple-A Indianapolis if he keeps hitting the ball well.

Over his first three big league starts, Meadows is averaging 14.1 FanDuel points per game.
