Seattle Mariners outfielder Ben Gamel is not in Sunday's lineup against the Detroit Tigers.
Andrew Romine will replace Gamel in left field for Sunday's series finale. He finished 2-for-4 with a double and a solo blast -- the 26-year-old's first of the season -- in Saturday's victory against Detroit
