St. Louis Cardinals outfielder Dexter Fowler is not in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Philadelphia Phillies.

Following three straight starts, Fowler's going to get a rest and allow Tyler O'Neill to start in right field this afternoon.
Hitting a paltry .150, Fowler is projected for 14 homers, 48 RBI and a .248 average the rest of the way this season.
