Jed Lowrie absent from Oakland's Saturday lineup
Oakland Athletics second baseman Jed Lowrie is not in the team's lineup for Saturday's game against the Toronto Blue Jays.
What It Means:
Lowrie will get a routine day of rest before likely returning to the lineup Sunday. In his place, Chad Pinder will man second as Matt Chapman re-enters the lineup at third base.
