Rangers' Carlos Perez is out of the lineup on Thursday
Texas Rangers catcher Carlos Perez is not starting Thursday's game against the Chicago White Sox.
What It Means:
Robinson Chirinos is starting at catcher tonight, so Perez returns to the bench. Perez has appeared in six games since being acquired by the Rangers at the beginning of the month.
Perez is hitting .143/.167/.229 over 37 plate appearances this season.
