Orioles option Caleb Joseph to Triple-A Norfolk
The Baltimore Orioles have optioned catcher Caleb Joseph to Triple-A Norfolk.
Joseph started the 2018 season as the Orioles' starting catcher, but he's been a liability offensively. With both Chance Sisco and Andrew Susac capable of handling the catching duties, he'll head to Triple-A to see if he can work his swing out.
Hitting just .182 with 3 RBI in 24 games, we project Joseph to bat .241 with 4 home runs and 19 RBI over the rest of the season.
