Cincinnati Reds first baseman Joey Votto (back) is starting Wednesday's game against the San Francisco Giants.
Votto didn't start on Tuesday due to back tightness, but today he's at first base and batting third against Giants left-hander Andrew Suarez. Adam Duvall moves out to left field, so Jesse Winker is out of the lineup.
