Cleveland Indians designated hitter/first baseman Edwin Encarnacion is out of Tuesday's lineup against the Detroit Tigers because of a stiff upper back and neck.
Encarnacion should be considered day-to-day. Michael Brantley will play DH and bat second for the Indians on Tuesday night.
Encarnacion is averaging 9.1 FanDuel points in 38 games this season while slashing .205/.280/.411 with 9 home runs and 22 RBI through 162 plate appearances.
