Arizona Diamondbacks center fielder A.J. Pollock (thumb) is not in Tuesday's lineup against the Milwaukee Brewers.
Pollock was pulled from Monday's loss to the Brewers with a sprained left thumb he suffered while attempting to make a diving catch and there's a chance the 30-year-old is facing a long-term absence. Chris Owings will take over in center field for the Diamondbacks on Tuesday.
Pollock is averaging 14.1 FanDuel points per game this season. numberFire's models project him to hit .240 with 9 homers, 28 RBI, 34 runs scored, and 9 steals over the rest of the year.
