Keynan Middleton exits Angels' win with elbow discomfort, scheduled for Monday MRI
Los Angeles Angels reliever Keynan Middleton is scheduled to get an MRI on Monday after being lifted from Sunday's 2-1 win against the Minnesota Twins due to right elbow discomfort.
Middleton was throwing in his third game in four days since returning from the disabled list due to minor elbow inflammation, and it sounds like the 24-year-old right-hander may wind up on the shelf again.
Middleton is averaging 5.6 FanDuel points in 16 outings this season while spinning a 2.04 ERA and 1.30 WHIP with 16 strikeouts and 9 walks across 17 2/3 innings.
