New York Mets catcher Tomas Nido is starting on Tuesday night against the Cincinnati Reds.
Nido will replace Jose Lobaton behind the plate and bat seventh versus Reds right-hander Luis Castillo. He's 5-for-34 (.147) across 16 games this season.
