San Diego Padres third baseman Christian Villanueva (hamstring) remains out of the lineup on Wednesday against the Colorado Rockies.
What It Means:
Villanueva hasn't played since Sunday and isn't expected back until Friday. Chase Headley is starting at third base this afternoon and batting fifth against Rockies right-hander Jon Gray in Wednesday's series finale.
