New York Mets outfielder Wuilmer Becerra is in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against the St. Louis Cardinals.
What It Means:
Brandon Nimmo is getting the day off, and Becerra will make his first career Major League start, covering right field and batting fifth against Cardinals righty Luke Weaver.
Becerra made 519 plate appearances in High-A in 2017, slashing .267/.332/.335 with a 25.4% strikeout rate.
