New York Mets first baseman Wilmer Flores is in the starting lineup for Friday's game against the Atlanta Braves.
Adrian Gonzalez is getting the day off as the Mets take on a southpaw, so Flores will take over at first base and bat fifth against Atlanta's Sean Newcomb.
