Giants' Chris Stratton allows 1 run, strikes out 8 in no-decision
San Francisco Giants pitcher allowed 1 run on 5 hits with 8 strikeouts over seven innings in a no-decision against the Arizona Diamondback on Wednesday.
Stratton didn't permit any walks and twirled seven shutout innings before surrendering a leadoff double and triple in the eight frame. The bullpen then blew things in the ninth to cost the right-hander the win, so he remains at 1-1 on the year while recording a 2.22 ERA and 0.90 WHIP through 24 1/3 innings (four starts).
Stratton scored 46.0 FanDuel points on Wednesday and is averaging 44.5 FanDuel points over his past two starts, compared to 18.5 FanDuel points in his first two trips to the mound this season.
