Drew Pomeranz (forearm) coming off the DL and starting for Boston on Friday
Boston Red Sox pitcher Drew Pomeranz (forearm) is scheduled to be activated off the DL and will start Friday versus the Oakland A's.
Pomeranz will be making his season debut after sitting out with a forearm flexor strain. He made a pair of rehab assignment starts and will be ready to roll against his former team on Friday.
