Chicago Cubs catcher Victor Caratini is out of the lineup against the St. Louis Cardinals on Tuesday.
Caratini spelled Willson Contreras behind the dish on Sunday, but he heads back to the bench while Contreras resumes catching duties tonight.
Caratini has averaged 6.5 FanDuel points per game to open the 2018 season.
