Marlins' J.T. Realmuto (back) activated from the DL, starting on Tuesday
Miami Marlins catcher J.T. Realmuto (back) is in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against the New York Yankees.
Realmuto started the season on the 10-day disabled list, but he was activated this afternoon. He'll handle catching duties while batting fifth against Yankees righty Masahiro Tanaka. His return sends Bryan Holaday back to the bench.
numberFire's models project Realmuto to bat .270 while notching 12 home runs, 44 RBI, 49 runs scored and 8 stolen bases over 426 plate appearances in 2018.
