Angels' Ryan Schimpf making first of season on Sunday
Los Angeles Angels infielder Ryan Schimpf is starting on Sunday against the Oakland Athletics.
Schimpf struck out in his only at-bat on Saturday after being recalled from Triple-A Salt Lake earlier that afternoon. He will play third base and bat ninth versus Athletics right-hander Kendall Graveman in Sunday's series finale as he enters the lineup for the first time this season. Luis Valbuena will move to first base while Jefry Marte hits the Angels' bench.
numberFire's models project Schimpf to score 9.8 FanDuel points on Sunday.
