Cleveland Indians manager Terry Francona said pitcher Carlos Carrasco (foot) is "fine" after being struck by a comebacker on Wednesday night.
Carrasco is dealing with a left foot contusion, but it doesn't sound like it's anything to be concerned about. He has a paltry 6.14 ERA this spring, but is expected to once again be once of the top pitchers in baseball this season.
For the 2018 season, numberFire projects Carrasco to post a 3.11 ERA, 1.06 WHIP and 175 strikeouts over 194.4 innings.
