Toronto Blue Jays third baseman Josh Donaldson is dealing with a calf injury, manager John Gibbons revealed.
This raises some doubt in regards to Donaldson's availability on Opening Day, but Gibbons said more information should be known within the "next few days." The veteran third baseman turned 32 last December.
numberFire's models project Donaldson to bat .272 with 36 home runs, 96 RBI, 88 runs scored, and 5 steals in 613 plate appearances this season.
