Houston Astros outfielder Colby Rasmus homered for the third time in three postseason games, but it wasn't enough for the Astros to overcome the Kansas City Royals in Game 2 of the ALDS on Friday.
Rasmus got the Astros on the board with an RBI double in the first inning. He then tagged Johnny Cueto for a solo homer in the third inning, increasing the Astros' advantage to 4-1.
The sweet-swinging lefty is extremely locked in at the dish right now, hitting .444 with three homers, five RBI and a stolen base through three postseason contests. Rasmus finished the regular season with a .339 wOBA and a career-best 25 homers.
