According to the Cincinnati Enquirer's John Fay, Cincinnati Reds manager Bryan Price said the team's outfield would be "rotational unless performance dictated otherwise."
The Reds have four guys for three spots. Billy Hamilton, Adam Duvall and Scott Schebler are all worthy, but they also have to work in 24-year-old Jesse Winker. For a team unlikely to compete for the division, a trade could certainly open up time for Winker to get his reps.
In 2017, Winker led all four with a 0.53 nERD. He slashed .298/.375/.529 with 7 home runs and 15 RBI in 47 games.
