The Cleveland Indians have signed outfielder Rajai Davis to a minor league contract with a non-roster invite to spring training.
Davis will compete for a roster spot as a reserve outfielder in spring training. Last season, he hit .235/.293/.348 with 29 stolen bases over 366 plate appearances for the Oakland Athletics and Boston Red Sox.
Entering his age-37 season, Davis only posted a .279 wOBA in 2017, but is still a threat on the base paths if he can make Cleveland's roster.
