Wilin Rosario is open to possibility of trade from Rockies

Colorado Rockies catcher Willin Rosario said that he's "good with it" if the Rockies want to trade him this off-season, according to Patrick Saunders of the Denver Post.

What It Means:

A truly ringing endorsement of the organization from a Rockies player. The team traded shortstop Troy Tulowitzki during the season, but took shortstop Jose Reyes in return, so the direction of the organization is basically just unknown.

If you own Rosario in a dynasty league, sell him while you can. His wRC+ has declined every season, falling to 75 this year from 107 in 2012. If Rosario leaves Coors, his bat likely won't be good enough to garner consistent plate appearances, and he likely won't be effective in those plate appearances. His hard-hit rate has depressed to 29.9 with a 23.0 soft-hit rate. It's not a situation you want to touch in fantasy, and he's unlikely to garner the playing time he seeks.
