Houston Astros outfielder/designated hitter Carlos Beltran is not in the lineup for Game 4 of the ALDS against the Boston Red Sox.
What It Means:
Beltran will sit this one out as Evan Gattis returns as the designated hitter. Gattis is batting out of the eighth spot against right-hander Rick Porcello.
Beltran went 0-for-3 with a walk and a strikeout in his first start this postseason in Game 3.
