Torii Hunter keeps stick hot with home run in Twins' loss
Minnesota Twins outfielder Torii Hunter continued his hot streak Thursday night as he went 2-for-5 with a home run, but the Twins fell to his former team in the Los Angeles Angels, 11-8.
Hunter's home run was a three-run shot in the first inning.
From the start of the second half to September 4th, Hunter was hitting an unusable .160/.226/.272 with a 25.5 strikeout percentage. Since, he is 15-for-37 with 3 doubles and 2 home runs with multiple hits in 6 of 9 games. Our projections see him hitting .265/.321/.429 the rest of the way.
