Rich Hill will start NLDS Game 2 for Dodgers

Los Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Rich Hill will start Game 2 of the National League Division Series.

What It Means:

This will bump Yu Darvish back to Game 3, and could mean Alex Wood will start Hame 4. Clayton Kershaw is starting Game 1, but the Dodgers have already said they will not pitch him on short rest in the Division Series, so if it gets to a Game 5, Kershaw would likely be back on the mound then.

The veteran, Hill posted a strong season for the Dodgers, with a 3.32 ERA and 3.72 FIP over 135 2/3 innings pitched. His strikeout rate of 30.1 was well over his career average of 24.9 during the regular season.
