Rockies' Tyler Anderson removed from Sunday start
Colorado Rockies pitcher Tyler Anderson has been removed from his previously scheduled start against the Los Angeles Dodgers.
With the Rockies preparing for the postseason, they're choosing to rest Anderson for a possible appearance in the NLDS. In his place, Kyle Freeland will draw the start for Sunday's regular season finale at Coors Field.
In just 15 starts and 17 total appearances, Anderson has won 6 games while earning a 4.67 FIP and fanning 8.48 batters per 9 innings.
