Tigers' John Hicks in lineup on Tuesday
Detroit Tigers catcher John Hicks is serving as the team's designated hitter on Tuesday against the Kansas City Royals.
With Ian Kinsler moving back to second and Dixon Machado out of the lineup, John Hicks will take over at DH and hit sixth against lefty Jason Vargas on Tuesday.
