Jeimer Candelario (knee) starting on Tuesday for Tigers
Detroit Tigers third baseman Jeimer Candelario is starting Tuesday night versus the Kansas City Royals.
After bruising his knee Saturday, Candelario is returning to play third tonight. That means that Nick Castellanos will be in right field as Andrew Romine is ultimately forced out of the Tigers' lineup. In his return, Candelario bats cleanup against lefty Jason Vargas.
The switch-hitting Candelario is hitting .389 with 4 doubles and 4 RBI against left-handed pitching. He's projected for 10.0 FanDuel points while running $3,200 on tonight's slate of games.
