Texas Rangers infielder Joey Gallo is not starting on Tuesday against the Houston Astros.
It's just a breather for Gallo, who hit his 39th home run of the season on Monday night. The talented youngster is slashing .209/.331/.532 in 516 plate appearances this season. Ryan Rua will play first base and Adrian Beltre will man the hot corner for Texas on Tuesday versus left-hander Dallas Keuchel and the Astros.
