Jesus Sucre out of the Rays' lineup
Tampa Bay Rays catcher Jesus Sucre is out of the starting lineup for Tuesday's road game against the New York Yankees.
What It Means:
Sucre drew a spot start on Sunday, but he heads back to the bench while Wilson Ramos resumes catching duties tonight.
Sucre has only managed a .301 wOBA through 62 games in 2017, and numberFire's models project him to bat .286 in a small sample over the remainder of the season.
