Howie Kendrick starting at first base for Nationals on Sunday
Washington Nationals outfielder Howie Kendrick is starting on Sunday against the New York Mets.
Ryan Zimmerman is dealing with some soreness, so Kendrick will draw the start at first base and bat fifth versus Mets right-hander Jacob deGrom. Adam Lind will be available off the Nationals' bench while Alejandro De Aza, Victor Robles, and Michael Taylor handle things in the outfield on Sunday.
With a low implied total (3.85 runs) in a pitcher-friendly matchup (7.0 over/under, 0.929 park factor), the Nationals' lineup may be limited on fantasy upside. numberFire's models project Kendrick to score 10.6 FanDuel points at a cost of $2,900 on Sunday.
