Detroit Tigers outfielder Mikie Mahtook is out of the starting lineup for Saturday's home game against the Minnesota Twins.
Mahtook is getting a routine day off, and he'll be replaced in left field by Andrew Romine.
Mahtook is slashing .276/.330/.457 with a .335 wOBA through 109 games in 2017. numberFire's models project him to bat .263 while adding 2 RBI in 21 plate appearances over the remainder of the season.
