Cleveland Indians outfielder Austin Jackson is out of the starting lineup for Thursday's road game against the Los Angeles Angels.
It's a routine day off for Jackson, and he'll be spelled in left field by Abraham Almonte.
Jackson is slashing .318/.380/.490 with a .370 wOBA, 7 home runs and 33 RBI through 78 games in 2017. numberFire's models project him to bat .286 while adding 2 RBI in 24 plate appearances over the remainder of the season.
