Los Angeles Dodgers catcher Yasmani Grandal is absent from the lineup Wednesday against the Philadelphia Phillies.
What It Means:
After starting last night's game, Grandal will allow Austin Barnes to slide in to catch Alex Wood and hit sixth in the Dodgers' order this evening.
Grandal hit his 19th home run of the year last night and is projected for 2 more homers in 39 plate appearances the rest of the year.
