Philadelphia Phillies outfielder Nick Williams is not starting on Wednesday against the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Williams is getting a break with lefty Alex Wood on the mound. Rhys Hoskins moves into the outfield, and Tommy Joseph gets a start at first base.
