Twins' Miguel Sano (shin) likely done for regular season
Minnesota Twins third baseman/outfielder Miguel Sano is probably done for the remainder of the regular season, according to manager Paul Molitor.
This is all but a confirmation of what we could see coming over the last couple weeks. While Sano has gone through batting practice and taken swings off a tee, but still isn't running at 100% nor is he close to participating at full strength any time soon. As the Twins keep battling for a Wild Card spot in the American League, Eduardo Escobar will get the majority of starts at third base.
Sano has racked up 111 hits, 28 home runs and 77 RBI on the year. His 1.44 nERD leads all Twins' hitters to this point.
