Philadelphia Phillies outfielder Brian Bogusevic will bat third for the Phillies Monday when they face the Washington Nationals.
This is a big move up in the order for Bogusevic, who hadn't hit higher than seventh in his previous starts this season. Aaron Altherr will bat clean-up with Ryan Howard moved down to fifth.
Bogusevic was more known for his speed than his pure bat in Triple-A this season, swiping 24 bags in 515 plate appearances. He posted a .296/.359/.424 slash and hit 12 home runs. With that in mind -- and Jordan Zimmermann starting for the Nationals -- Bogusevic is still a bottom-10 play on FanDuel Monday, according to our projections.
