Red Sox' Pedroia diagnosed with nasal contusion
Boston Red Sox second baseman Dustin Pedroia has a nasal contusion per Pete Abraham of The Boston Globe.
Pedroia appears to have avoided any fractures or a concussion. He should be considered day-to-day until the Red Sox provide any further updates.
Pending Pedroia missing any time, our models currently project him for 1 home run, 4 RBI and a .300 average over 45 remaining plate appearances this season.
