Kansas City Royals outfielder Lorenzo Cain is back in centerfield on Wednesday against the Chicago White Sox.
Cain got the day off Tuesday, but with the afternoon game Wednesday, he will return to the lineup. Cain is batting out of the two hole against right-hander Lucas Giolito.
