Dexter Fowler (knee) still out Tuesday for St. Louis
St. Louis Cardinals outfielder Dexter Fowler will remain out on Tuesday versus the Cincinnati Reds.
On Saturday, Fowler left the game early with what has been diagnosed as a knee contusion. He has yet to play since suffering the injury and will miss his second game in a row. There has been no word on his progress or a projected return date so look for Harrison Bader to start in center field until further notice.
Upon his healthy return, Fowler is projected for 2 home runs, 7 RBI and a .269 average over 61 plate appearances the rest of the year.
