Josh Reddick absent from Houston's Game 1 lineup on Saturday
Houston Astros outfielder Josh Reddick is not listed in the starting lineup for the first of two games Saturday against the Oakland Athletics.
Last night, Reddick went 3-for-3 with a home run, two walks and four RBI. Despite his recent production, though, he will be rested for Game 1 of Saturday's doubleheader. In his place, Derek Fisher will play left and bat seventh against Daniel Gossett.
Reddick has now tallied 12 home runs with a .310 average on the season. Going forward, we project him for 2 home runs and a .296 average in 79 plate appearances the rest of the season.
