Boston Red Sox second baseman Dustin Pedroia is not starting on Monday against the Toronto Blue Jays.
Pedroia -- 1-for-14 with 5 strikeouts over his past four games -- will be available off the bench for Monday's series opener. Deven Marrero will be on second base and bat ninth versus Blue Jays left-hander J.A. Happ.
