J.D. Davis starting for Astros on Tuesday night
Houston Astros third baseman J.D. Davis is starting against the Texas Rangers on Tuesday.
Davis will man the hot corner and bat eighth versus Rangers left-hander Martin Perez. Alex Bregman will be at shortstop for Houston while Marwin Gonzalez moves to the outfield. The left-handed swinging Josh Reddick will get a breather.
With a strong implied total (5.38 runs) for Tuesday's series opener, the Astros offer some attractive fantasy appeal. numberFire's models project Davis to score 8.1 FanDuel points at a cost of only $2,400.
