Justin Bour (oblique) hits in batting cage for Marlins
Miami Marlins first baseman Justin Bour (oblique) took some swinging in a batting cage on Monday.
This is the first time Bour faced live pitching since going down with a strained right oblique on July 24. He may get in some rehab action with playoff-bound Double-A Jacksonville, but the 29-year-old first baseman is worth an add wherever he's available. Tyler Moore and Tomas Telis will continue splitting the majority of the work at first for Miami until Bour returns.
Through 339 plate appearances (87 games) this season, Bour has slashed .289/.366/.548 with a .914 OPS while turning in 21 home runs, 63 RBI, and 39 runs scored.
