Juan Centeno on Astros' bench Wednesday night
Houston Astros catcher Juan Centeno is not starting on Wednesday against the Washington Nationals.
Centeno will head to the bench after making three straight starts behind the plate for Houston. Max Stassi will catch right-hander Mike Fiers and bat eighth versus Nationals righty Edwin Jackson.
numberFire's models project Centeno to record a .231 batting average in 28 plate appearances over the remainder of the year.
